Over the course of my career I have managed and sold all types of foreclosed collateral from shotgun, row houses to mansions: single-family, multifamily properties to 80 units, industrial, warehouse,office, multi-use commercial, ranches, lots, land,and special purpose properties like bowling alleys, horse ranches, vineyards, etc.
Since 2005, I have been deeply involved in managing and selling Colorado bank-owned homes reaching the rank of #20 in Sales Volume, 2009, among all greater Denver residential brokerages, and the only 100% dedicated office to bank-owned sales.
We have two offices located in Avon and Basalt, Colorado. From these two locations we have a vast reach covering part of Summit, most of Garfield and virtually all of Eagle and Pitkin Counties.
